若想要達到理想滿意的居家風格，節省裝潢費用，又想要家裡有一定的品味與風格，的確可以考慮輕裝潢的方式，可以捨棄大動土木的複雜裝修，將預算放在家具、家飾等軟裝佈置上。

 

輕裝潢又被稱為輕裝修、也就是對室內空間進行簡單的裝修與改造，主要目的是為了美化空間與提升居住的舒適度，而不涉及大規模的改變或房屋隔間、及木作造型裝飾，等裝潢方法。

 

輕裝潢與一般的室內裝潢又有什麼不同呢？

 

舉個例子，當屋主剛買下一間房屋，發現格局與自己心中的想像不同時，便會請室內設計公司幫忙調整格局，如三房變成四房、改變廚房衛浴的位置等。由於涉及到隔間與管線的調整，因此屬於重裝潢，也是一般我們所熟知涉及到拆除工程、水電工程、木作裝潢、廚具安排、衛浴翻新…等裝潢方式。

 

而輕裝潢便不會進行大規模的變動，通常只進行牆面粉刷、冷氣包管、輕隔間…等，並將較多的預算用於家具、家飾等軟裝飾品，可以讓室內風格隨著生活習慣、季節而有不同的變化，同時也能讓生活的動線更加流暢，並能將室內空間運用最大化，同時也能讓您的錢花在刀口上。

 

輕裝潢與一般裝潢最主要的區別是工程項目的多寡以及變動的規模大小，由於一般裝潢的工程項目眾多且規模龐大，因此費用也相對較高、工期也相對較長。而輕裝潢有著工期較短、費用也相對較低的優點，因此屋主能將更多預算用於房貸、租金、採購家具家電等物品上。





輕裝潢包含的項目

  • 天花板裝修方式
      • 平釘天花板:一般輕裝修的天花板多選用木製角材及金屬骨架，再以矽酸鈣板固定於其上形成平滑的天花板，也稱為平釘天花板。這種設計不僅能夠修飾大小樑線，還能將所有線路隱藏於內部，營造出簡約而美觀的視覺效果。
      • 不做全室天花板平釘:只包覆冷氣管路，這樣更能精簡預算。
      • 對於偏好工業風格的業主，他們會選擇使用明管設計，也就是不設天花板，這樣可以節省相當多的預算。他們常使用塑膠壓條或PVC管來收納和固定線路，或者使用質感更高、更耐重且耐用的EMT金屬管。但這種風格在整體設計規劃上有一定的限制，明管需要特別注意將線路整理得整齊俐落，否則可能會有亂象。
      • 油漆為主，不做其材質如壁紙、裝飾材料。
      • 燈具，以崁燈、吸頂燈、吊燈以簡易經典款式為主。
  • 牆壁裝修方式
    • 例如油漆、壁紙、石膏板、裝飾磚等，如果能改變牆面的顏色和質感，便能輕而易舉地增添房間的氛圍。
  • 地面裝修方式
        • 鋪設防水耐磨地板、可以改善地面的外觀和舒適度。
  • 櫥櫃裝修方式
    • 請木工到現場裁切製作。
        • 優點 :可選用材質跟造型變化多。
        • 缺點 :預算較高、工時較長。

        • 優點:經濟便宜，施工時間快速。
        • 缺點: 材料選擇有限，變化較少。
  • 家具
      • 家具主要的部分可選擇沙發、餐桌組、床墊、化妝椅、書桌椅等。
      • 或者部分的櫥櫃，考慮買家具 這是基於預算的考量。
  • 燈具姓燈色選擇，白色明亮感，黃色柔和使人放鬆。
      • 可以改善房間的照明效果和氛圍。
  • 窗簾
      • 小窗選擇捲簾為主，在選擇遮光率。
      • 大窗如落地窗可選擇布簾或者紗簾， 在選擇遮光率。 遮光率的選擇考量個人睡眠的習慣跟隱私性。
  • 家飾
      • 在完成基本的裝修後，可以依照房間風格添加裝飾品，如畫作、照片、墊子、地毯等，讓空間更具個性化和溫暖感。
